WASHINGTON, D.C. - March 13, 2013 - (RealEstateRama) -- The South Dakota Housing Development Authority (SDHDA) will hold a public hearing pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., at the Authority Conference Room, 3060 East Elizabeth Street, Pierre, South Dakota, on a plan of finance for a proposed issue of one or more series of refunding multifamily housing bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $22,000,000 for the purpose of refunding bonds issued in 2002 to finance or refinance loans for some or all of the following affordable housing rental apartments in South Dakota

Mr. Mitchell was honored for his dedication and contribution to affordable housing in South Dakota. He serves as an integral housing advocate to his community and also to the region on housing related issues.
