Johnson Statement on Obstruction of Important Funding Bill for Transportation and Housing Initiatives

Notice of 15 Day Comment Period for South Dakota Housing Opportunity Fund

South Dakota Housing Development Authority (SDHDA) and the SDHDA Board of Commissioners are responsible for the administration of the Housing Opportunity Fund in accordance with Senate Bill 235 of the 2013 South Dakota State Legislature. The Plan outlines what are eligible projects, who are eligible applicants and how SDHDA will allocate available funding. Housing opportunities financed by the HOF will serve individuals and families at or below 115 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI) for the corresponding county.

SDHDA Awards $9.51 Million in Housing Development and Rehabilitation Funding

Johnson Announces Affordable Housing Grants
