South Dakota Housing Development Authority Welcomes New Board Member

Gov. Dennis Daugaard has appointed Mark Puetz to the South Dakota Housing Development Authority (SDHDA) Board of Commissioners.

Public Comments Requested for Housing and Community Development Plans

Citizens across South Dakota are invited to provide comments prior to the drafting of South Dakota’s 2014 Annual Update to the Consolidated Plan and amendments to the HOME and Housing Tax Credit (HTC) allocation plans.

South Dakota Housing Opportunity Fund

South Dakota Housing Development Authority (SDHDA) is now accepting applications for funding under the Housing Opportunity Fund (HOF). The HOF program was created via the “Building South Dakota Fund” during the 2013 legislative session and is designed to promote economic development in South Dakota by expanding the supply of decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing targeted to low and moderate income families and individuals in South Dakota.
